What you will do
- Assist in booking flights, hotels, holiday packages, and visa services.
- Support travel consultants in itinerary planning and customer communications.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and reservations.
- Update and maintain customer records and booking logs.
- Respond to client queries via email, phone, or chat.
- Help with documentation, invoicing, and report generation.
- Learn and work with travel technology platforms (e.g., GDS, hotel/flight booking engines).
