We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the financial health and compliance of our travel business. The ideal candidate will oversee accounts for our B2C portal, B2B partner billing, corporate clients, and vendor settlements. Prior experience in the travel industry accounting ecosystem is essential.
Role brief
What you will do
- Oversee accounting for retail bookings, corporate travel, B2B settlements, and online transactions on hitrip.com.
- Reconcile flight, hotel, holiday package, and ancillary bookings across different channels.
- Manage BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan), GDS provider, and consolidator reconciliations.
- Handle invoicing, vendor payments, TDS/GST filings, and monthly financial reports.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from B2B and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with internal travel ops and tech teams for revenue tracking and audit readiness.
- Monitor cash flows, bank transactions, and payment gateway settlements (UPI, cards, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, financial regulations, and audit procedures.
- Work on integration and automation between travel booking systems and accounting platforms (e.g., Tally, Zoho, ERP).
Role brief
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred).
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with minimum 2 years in travel industry finance.
- Strong understanding of travel APIs, GDS, and OTA systems.
- Familiar with TBO, IT4T, Amadeus, Galileo, or other travel platforms from a finance angle.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory filings in the travel domain.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, or cloud-based accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and team management skills.
